School holidays at the library
The school holidays run for two weeks from the 18th of April. Local libraries are always a great source of entertainment for children, and not just for an endless supply of reading material. The plan fun activities for all ages, all free but booking may be advisable. The theme across Auckland Libraries is Telling Tales. Just imagine the tales you can tell……(Venues, unless otherwise stated, are the Onehunga or Oranga libraries.)

Frankentoy Creations, Monday 18th April 2-3pm, Wednesday 20th April 2.30 – 3.30pm
Two parts broken toy, one part super glue, and five parts wackiness. That's the recipe for creating a Frankentoy. Bring broken toys to life in these sessions.

Throughout the holidays the library will be collecting stories for on our Story Wall. Collect a Story Starter from the library and get creative.
